the beginning of the end!

I have come to the realization that I have been neglecting my blogging duties here lately, I do apologize; however, grad school started on Monday and I am already drowning so I wouldn't have high expectations for much this semester. I am only taking 3 classes and still working my part- time GA position at the preschool on campus, but I am already finding that there are not enough hours in the day or night to get everything done and still find time to sleep. Now, I may go to bed, but getting any rest seems to easy as my mind is racing and thinking about everything that I should be doing instead of laying in my bed staring at the ceiling. This semester is looking insanely busy, not only with classes and work, but socially. I am soooo excited that my best friend from college, Ms. Alix, is coming to see me for the long weekend. She has never been to Memphis so I can't wait to show her around my town! And then 2 days later I head to SC for the wedding of one of my best friends from ESA!! I am feeling so overwhelmed lately with how blessed I am to have such wonderful friends in my life! And that is just the beginning of September... the business continues through the rest of the semester. It seems to me that by quick glance at the calendar that I don't have free time and that is what I need to get my work done... I am excited, amongst the drowning, overwhelmed feeling, that this my 2nd to last semester and I can't wait to graduate (fingers crossed) in May!!!!!
